EcoVenza aims to dispatch new cylinder orders on the same working day when they are placed before 9:00 am, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 9:00 am are generally dispatched on the next working day.

Because CO₂ cylinders are classified as Dangerous Goods, EcoVenza uses specialist couriers for transportation. Delivery generally takes between 1 and 3 working days, depending on your location.

ReCylinder™ recycling collections are processed separately and are generally scheduled for the next working day after booking.

Note: Deliveries and collections are never handled by the same courier. There will be one courier for deliveries and another courier for collections.

EcoVenza cylinder orders include free delivery with ReCylinder™ credits that can be used to arrange free collection of eligible empty cylinders for recycling.

Yes. EcoVenza orders can be collected directly from the EcoVenza Distribution Centre by prior arrangement.
