Log into your EcoVenza Account or Create a new recycling account. If you have free credits, a popup window will appear on the Left Side of your screen, if you have free credits from previously purchasing cylinders from EcoVenza.com

Purchase your recycle pickup
Purchase the Book Your Recycle Pickup using your free credits (You must be logged into your EcoVenza account)

Pack your cylinders
Place your 2x used Empty CO₂ Cylinders into the original EcoVenza box and seal the box securely

Courier brings labels
Our courier Direct Freight Express (DFE) will bring labels when collecting empty cylinders

Prepare for collection
Place the carton outside your address in a safe and convenient place

Collection date and time
We generally pickup next business day in metro locations (please ensure cylinders are waiting for collection in an accessible place)

Free pickup qualification
To qualify for Free pickup for recycling, you must have purchased Cylinders previously from EcoVenza.com and Pickup Credits would have been applied to your account

Single-use credits
We can only pickup once as free credit/s are used (spent) when ordering a pickup for recycling (These cannot be re-issued)

MORE GAS

At 1,300g of CO₂ gas in every EcoVenza cylinder, our cylinders deliver more gas than most other brands. This equates to up to 260 litres of sparkling water per cylinder, which can be more than 40 litres more than what competitors' cylinders can provide.

How the EcoVenza ReCylinder Return & Recycle works:

  1. Ensure your old empty cartridges/cartridges have an M10 thread are compatible with the EcoVenza replacement cylinders. Call us if you are unsure.
  2. Buy a twin pack of CO₂ cylinders from us and you will receive a credit to pick up and recycle your old empty cylinders. (Your account will be created automatically after purchase)
  3. After you have received your full EcoVenza order, you can then use this box to return your empties. Please note, a different driver will collect the empties.
  4. Remove the full EcoVenza cylinders from the box and place your two empty cylinders in. Seal the box.
  5. Log into your EcoVenza Account and order a Return & Recycle product with your credit.
  6. Place the box outside the front door or at reception. Our freight company will collect, and they’ll have all the paperwork.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a prescription?

No. UltraOxy is not medical oxygen and not a medicine. If you have a medical condition or health concern, speak to your doctor before using it.

How many uses are in one canister?

Up to 300 inhalations, which works out to around 37 full 8-breath sessions.

How do I use it?

Remove the valve cap and screw the mask on by hand until you feel resistance — hand-tighten only, never use tools. Bring your mouth to the mask, press the lever, and breathe in through an open mouth. Take 8 breaths, 3–5 seconds each.

Is it allowed in competition?

Inhaled supplemental oxygen is not on the WADA prohibited list. Check your own federation's rules, which may be stricter.
