ReCylinder™ Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in the EcoVenza ReCylinder™ Program. They explain who can participate, which cylinders are eligible for recycling, how recycling credits work and the conditions that apply when booking a recycling collection.

By purchasing eligible EcoVenza CO₂ cylinders or using the ReCylinder™ Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligible Cylinders

The ReCylinder™ Program accepts eligible 2.2L food-grade disposable (non-refillable) CO₂ cylinders.

Approved brands currently include:

  • EcoVenza

  • Crystella™ (Part No. CR0406001)

  • Zip™ (Part No. 91295)

  • Billi™ (Part Nos. 996911 and 996912)

  • Bromic™ (Part No. 1811526)

  • Puretec™ (Part No. SPARQ-CO2)

  • Waterlogic™ 2.2L cylinders

EcoVenza may update the list of accepted products from time to time. Cylinders that do not meet the program requirements may be refused.

Recycling Credits

Every eligible EcoVenza cylinder purchase includes recycling credits equal to the number of cylinders purchased.

For example:

  • Purchase one EcoVenza 2-pack and receive one recycling credit.

  • Purchase two EcoVenza 2-packs and receive two recycling credits.

Recycling credits:

  • Are issued only with eligible EcoVenza cylinder purchases.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Cannot be transferred unless approved by EcoVenza.

  • Expire 12 months after the original purchase date.

Using Recycling Credits

Recycling credits are intended to support the ongoing recycling of EcoVenza cylinders.

For your first recycling collection, recycling credits may also be used when returning eligible cylinders from the approved third-party brands listed in these Terms & Conditions.

After your first recycling collection, recycling credits may only be redeemed for eligible EcoVenza cylinders.

Paid Recycling Service

EcoVenza remains committed to keeping eligible CO₂ cylinders out of landfill.

Customers may book a paid recycling collection for eligible cylinders at any time, including:

  • EcoVenza cylinders where recycling credits are unavailable or have expired.

  • Eligible third-party cylinders after the initial free collection.

  • Additional eligible cylinders beyond the available recycling credits.

Current recycling service pricing is published on the EcoVenza website at the time of booking.

Booking A Recycling Collection

Recycling collections must be booked separately once eligible empty cylinders are ready for return.

Customers must:

  • Pack cylinders in the original EcoVenza shipping carton where available.

  • Ensure the carton is securely sealed.

  • Provide accurate collection information.

  • Have the carton ready when the courier arrives.

The original EcoVenza carton contains the required Dangerous Goods markings for safe transport.

Collection Conditions

Collections are generally scheduled for the next business day (Monday to Friday) for bookings received before 2:00 pm AEST, subject to courier availability.

Collection times cannot be guaranteed.

The courier will provide and attach the required transport labels when collecting the shipment.

If the shipment is not available when the courier attends, the collection will be treated as a futile collection. As courier charges have already been incurred, the original recycling credit or booking cannot be reused.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers participating in the ReCylinder™ Program are responsible for:

  • Returning only eligible cylinders.

  • Packaging cylinders safely for transport.

  • Following EcoVenza's published collection instructions.

  • Providing accurate booking information.

  • Ensuring shipments are ready on the scheduled collection date.

Failure to meet these requirements may delay or prevent collection.

EcoVenza Responsibilities

EcoVenza administers the ReCylinder™ Program by:

  • Determining cylinder eligibility.

  • Issuing and managing recycling credits.

  • Coordinating recycling collections.

  • Processing eligible returned cylinders.

  • Maintaining and updating these Terms & Conditions.

EcoVenza reserves the right to refuse participation where program requirements have not been met.

Program Changes

EcoVenza may update these Terms & Conditions or modify the ReCylinder™ Program to reflect operational, commercial or regulatory requirements.

The version published on this page is the current version and replaces all previous versions.
