This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how EcoVenza processes and delivers orders across Australia. It outlines our fulfilment process, delivery expectations and important shipping information for customers purchasing our products.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, it will be collected by the appropriate delivery carrier and transported to your nominated shipping address.
NOTE: EcoVenza cannot deliver to a PO Box or Mailbox address as cylinders are classified as DG (Dangerous Goods) and require a physical address for Delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation after purchase. Where available, shipment tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Services
EcoVenza delivers products throughout Australia.
As CO₂ cylinders are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG Class 2.2 - Non-Flammable, Non-Toxic Gas, UN1013), they must be transported using authorised Dangerous Goods carriers in accordance with applicable transport requirements.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier schedules and operational conditions.

Authority To Leave
Unless otherwise advised, orders are shipped with Authority To Leave (ATL).
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel in a location they consider safe at the delivery address.
Customers should ensure the nominated delivery address is suitable for Authority To Leave deliveries.

EcoVenza cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied when placing an order.
Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, shipment details will be provided after dispatch.
Tracking information allows you to monitor your order while it is in transit with the delivery carrier.

ReCylinder™ Collection Orders
Shipping of new products and collection of empty cylinders are separate services.
If you book a ReCylinder™ pickup, collection instructions and preparation requirements will be provided as part of your order confirmation.
Customers must ensure empty cylinders are packaged in the original EcoVenza cylinder carton supplied with their previous order, as this packaging contains the required Dangerous Goods markings for transport.

Delivery Delays
While EcoVenza works to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier network disruptions, severe weather or increased freight demand.
We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur.
Damaged Or Incorrect Deliveries
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order has been damaged during delivery or you have received an incorrect item, contact EcoVenza as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.
