EcoVenza cylinders can be used as a direct replacement for compatible Zip™ and Billi™ 2.2L CO₂ cylinders without modifying your system.

Each EcoVenza 2.2L cylinder contains 1,300g of food-grade CO₂ and can produce up to approximately 260 litres of sparkling water.

EcoVenza cylinders contain up to 20% more CO₂ than many alternative cylinders, helping reduce the frequency of cylinder replacements while providing better value per litre of sparkling water.

Please note that actual consumption can vary depending on how your sparkling water system is used and your preferred level of carbonation.

Replacing an empty 2.2L CO₂ cylinder is straightforward and can be done without a technician.

This process applies to Zip™, Billi™ and other EcoVenza-compatible sparkling water systems:

1. Turn off the regulator connected to the empty cylinder. The pressure gauge should drop to zero.
2. Unscrew the regulator from the empty cylinder and set it aside.
3. Remove the protective cap from the new, full EcoVenza cylinder.
4. Attach the regulator to the new cylinder and tighten it securely. You may hear a brief "whoosh" as you connect it. This is a small release of CO₂ gas and is normal.
5. Turn the regulator on and adjust the pressure to approximately 3.5 bar.

Food-grade CO₂ is non-toxic and non-flammable. However, CO₂ cylinders are pressurised vessels and should always be handled and stored with care.

Because pressurised CO₂ cylinders are classified as Dangerous Goods for transport, EcoVenza uses specialist Dangerous Goods couriers for cylinder deliveries and collections.

ReCylinder™ credits are included with EcoVenza twin-pack CO₂ cylinder purchases and can be used to arrange free collection of your empty cylinders for recycling.

Each twin-pack includes one ReCylinder™ credit:

• 1 twin-pack = 1 credit = collection of 2 empty cylinders
• 2 twin-packs = 2 credits = collection of 4 empty cylinders
• Additional twin-packs provide additional credits

Each ReCylinder™ credit is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.

Empty cylinders must be packed in the original reusable EcoVenza carton so they can be transported safely and in accordance with courier requirements.

EcoVenza makes returning empty CO₂ cylinders for recycling simple through the ReCylinder™ program.

1. Purchase an eligible EcoVenza twin-pack, which includes a ReCylinder™ credit.
2. Keep the reusable EcoVenza carton supplied with your order.
3. Once both cylinders are empty, place them securely inside the original carton.
4. Log in to your EcoVenza account and use your ReCylinder™ credit to book a collection.
5. Seal the carton and leave it ready for the courier at your front door or reception.

The courier will bring the required labels and paperwork when collecting your cylinders.

Collections in metropolitan areas are generally scheduled for the next working day. Please make sure your carton is sealed and ready, as a failed collection will use the ReCylinder™ credit associated with the booking.

ReCylinder™ credits expire 12 months from the original purchase date.

EcoVenza aims to dispatch new cylinder orders on the same working day when they are placed before 9:00 am, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 9:00 am are generally dispatched on the next working day.

Because CO₂ cylinders are classified as Dangerous Goods, EcoVenza uses specialist couriers for transportation. Delivery generally takes between 1 and 3 working days, depending on your location.

ReCylinder™ recycling collections are processed separately and are generally scheduled for the next working day after booking.

Note: Deliveries and collections are never handled by the same courier. There will be one courier for deliveries and another courier for collections.
