Frequent Asked Questions

Which sparkling water systems are EcoVenza cylinders compatible with?

EcoVenza’s 2.2L M10-threaded CO₂ cylinders are fully compatible with leading systems, including:

  • Zip™
  • Billi™
  • Waterlogic™
  • Puretec™
  • Bromic™
  • Crystella™ with 2.2L (Regulators)
  • Most systems using 2.2L M10-thread cylinders

If you're unsure about compatibility, simply check your existing cylinder for an M10 thread or reach out to our support team.

How do I replace an EcoVenza CO₂ cylinder?

Changing an EcoVenza CO2 gas cylinder is safe and easy

  1. On the empty cylinder, turn the regulator off. The gauge will drop to zero
  2. Unscrew the regulator from the cylinder and set it aside
  3. Remove the cap from the full cylinder and attach the regulator
  4. Tighten until secure – a brief “whoosh” is normal and harmless. This sound is from the release of CO2 gas, which is completely harmless and non-flammable. It’s the same as opening a soft drink bottle. Keep screwing until it is tight
  5. Turn the regulator tap clockwise until the pressure reaches 3.5 bar.

No technician needed – just a few easy steps.

How much sparkling water does one cylinder make?

Each EcoVenza 2.2L cylinder contains 1,300g of CO₂ - enough for up to 260 litres of sparkling water.

EcoVenza cylinders contain up to 20% more gas per cylinder than many other brands, offering better value and fewer replacements.

How do ReCylinder™ credits work?

Every twin-pack purchase includes 1 ReCylinder™ credit:

  • 1 twin-pack = 1 credit = return of 2 empty cylinders
  • 2 twin-packs = 2 credits = return of 4 empty cylinders, and so on

Each credit is valid for 12 months from purchase.

Returns must be packed in the original EcoVenza box to ensure compliance with courier regulations.

How do I return and recycle empty cylinders?

Our ReCylinder™ program makes recycling effortless:

  1. Purchase a twin-pack of EcoVenza cylinders – this includes 1 free ReCylinder™ credit.
  2. Once empty, pack two used cylinders into the original EcoVenza carton.
  3. Log in to your EcoVenza account, which was created when you purchased, and book your free return.
  4. Leave the sealed box at your front door or reception – we’ll handle the rest.

Couriers bring the labels and paperwork at pickup. Just ensure the box is sealed and ready for transport. Failed pickups use up your credit.

Credits expire 12 months from the original purchase date.

Can I return CO₂ cylinders from other brands?

Yes – but only in your first order. When you purchase your first twin-pack, you can use the included credit to return compatible 2.2L cylinders from:

  • Zip™
  • Billi™
  • Waterlogic™
  • Puretec™
  • Crystella™

They must be returned in the reusable EcoVenza carton, which is designed to meet safety standards for transport.

For ongoing returns of other brands' cylinders, you can use ReCylinder™ as a low-cost paid service.

How many cylinders can I return at once?

Each ReCylinder™ credit covers 1 carton of 2 empty cylinders. That’s why we recommend waiting until you have two empties before booking your return.

If you purchase more than one twin-pack, you’ll receive multiple credits – and can schedule pickups separately as needed.
